Let me take you back to the late 90s.

 

Fresh out of college, I took a job as a receptionist at a women’s only gym in Chicago. One of the perks - a free gym membership. When I wasn’t working behind the desk, I was working out - because breaking a sweat was the only thing keeping my anxiety about living life in the real world at bay.

 

One sunny summer’s day, fate stepped in. I was dragged out from behind my desk job and pushed up on stage. The usual aerobics instructor was a no-show. Early-20s me was shy and awkward and terrified - the thought of leading a class was my worst nightmare!

 

But I made it through...and ended up having the time of my life! Guess who took over as the regular instructor for that very same class?

 

Since that day I’ve dedicated myself to helping women feel better about themselves through fitness. Celebrities and high-profile clientele have trusted me to guide them on their health journey. 

 

Now, I bring my workouts straight to you. Think of me as your all-in-one virtual trainer, exercise therapist, and coach. And I’m always in your corner, cheering you on.

I may have started out as a personal trainer, but now I’m giving middle-aged women their life back with exercise therapy. 

 

It’s more than simply “working out” - you’re guided through each exercise to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and safe.

 

Our sessions cover everything from mobility, balance, and strength training, to tips for overcoming mindset blocks, and how to make more mindful food choices. 

 

Think of me as your own personal cheerleader - but with benefits!

 

Because of my unique approach, you won’t find any “before and after'' photos on my website. I believe feeling healthy, strong, fit, confident, and sexy is more than about how you look.
