  • I’ve never worked with a personal trainer before - how do I know this will work for me?
    Pssst! I’ll let you in on a little secret...It’s cool if you’ve never worked with a personal trainer before because it means you probably haven’t picked up certain habits. When you’re concerned about pelvic floor issues or other conditions, it’s important to find someone who’s got experience supporting other women like you. And because I’m not just a personal trainer but also an Exercise Therapist, I get to train you from scratch, making sure that you’re doing each exercise exactly as you should - safely and comfortably.
  • I’m busy! I barely have any time to work out. Will this work for me?
    Perfect! Your personalized trainings will only take you 20-40 minutes! And you can always split each training up into smaller chunks if you need to. The most important thing is that you complete each one - it doesn’t matter if you need to run off to pick up the kids from school or get on that work call. Just get in the habit of getting it done!
  • I’ve got a pre-existing injury… I’m nervous to do certain exercises. Can you help me?
    Absolutely. I’ve worked with 100s of women with injuries or other mobility issues. My goal is to make sure you always feel safe, comfortable, and confident to do each exercise. I’ll be there every step of the way to make sure your custom workout plan supports your goals and keeps you from further pain or injury.
  • I don’t want to give up my cabernet! And what about chocolate?!
    My motto is: Life’s all about balance. You can still have that 8pm glass of wine with the hubby. You can still enjoy a treat every now and then. I don’t believe in deprivation. I believe in moderation. You still deserve to love your life to the fullest - and for me, this includes sipping and savouring your favourite vino or indulging in a sweet treat once in a while.
  • What if I can’t make it to one of our live training sessions?
    No problem, gorgeous! I’m happy to pre-record your personalized workout for the day. This way, if your schedule gets hectic, you can hit “play” whenever suits you best! And if you have any questions, you can reach me anytime.
  • But I’ve been feeling this way for so long… What if I don’t feel confident enough to make a change?
    I hear you. The toughest part is starting. Once you get going, it will get easier. Promise. You’ve got this. And you don’t have to do this alone - think of me as your own personal cheerleader! I believe in you, and I’m here to help!
